Welcome to Melt in Your Mouth Monday!  I haven’t cooked too much this week.  I spent last weekend in Washington DC with my sisters and niece and the rest of the week catching up on my blog and doing things around the house.  Last week we also checked out 2 colleges with Andrew (Univ. of Rhode Island and Roger Williams University).  It took 2 hours to get there.   The schools were less than an hour from each other.  Andrew really liked URI.  I got to tell ya, that area is beautiful!  I wouldn’t mind if he went to school there.  It’s on the west side of Narragansett Bay and not far from Newport, RI.  We’re going to visit more colleges in the next 2 weeks before we go back to school. Is anyone else visiting colleges these days?

Are you ready to see the 3 most viewed recipes from last week’s MIYMM Blog Hop?
