
It’s grilling season and we try to cook out as much as possible. Recently we’ve been trying new recipes and this time it was salmon on the grill. Grilling fish can be tricky, but as long as you oil the grill it makes it a lot easier. With this recipe you oil the grill with coconut oil and add some on top of the salmon too. All you need to finish it off is a little garlic powder and pepper and you’ll have a salmon that melts in your mouth!
Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 6 oz fillets of Salmon
- 2-3 Tbls of Carrington Farms Coconut Oil
- Garlic powder and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Oil grill with 1 tbls coconut oil
- Heat grill
- Coat each fillet with coconut oil and garlic powder and pepper to taste
- Grill Salmon approx 5 – 7 minutes per side to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
