Pork Chops with Golden Pork Gravy

 
Ingredients

1 teaspoon butter
4 pork chops
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cans Campbell’s Golden Pork Gravy

Directions

1. Melt the butter in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
2. Rinse the pork under cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place in the pan.  Brown on both sides.
4. Pour the gravy over the pork chops and simmer for an hour and a half or until fork tender. (Flip the chops over half way through the cooking time.
